Just wanted to drop you all an email saying thanks for the 2003 Cheverolet Z71. It was a super price and drove great on the way back to Corpus Christi, its the truck I had been looking for. Donna and I were very impressed with Houston Direct Pre-Owned. Everybody was very professional, friendly and honest. The dealership and mechanic shop were both clean and organized. I really liked being able to talk directly to the mechanics and they did a very thorough inspection. We looked at several other cars and SUVs in the lot and they were all clean looking and well priced. The "no hassle no haggle price" environment is a great idea and its clearly reflected in t ihe people we dealt with and the prices we saw posted on the other vehicles.

I recently purchased an automobile from Houston Direct and was very happy with the results. I am very skeptical of dealerships due to lots of issues in the past and I was especially worried about bait and switch tactics since Houston Direct is on the other side of town from my home. However, not only was the car there, they had it parked right out at front when I arrived so I could easily go for a test drive. There was no negotiations or haggling, the price quoted was not only fair, there were no hidden fees. I knew exactly the deal by internet pricing and phone conversations. Overall I got an excellent car for a great price and would do business again in the future. This is one of a handful of dealerships I would actually recommend to a friend.

It was a great experience I arrived at the (Houston Direct Preowned) dealership at 9:00 am in the morning and by a little after 10:00 I was on my way home, with my brand new 1984 Cadillac Coupe Deville. We cruised all the way home to Mission Tx on 3/4 of a gas tank which is about a 5 to 6 hour drive. And everyone was very helpful. I wanted to thank John for his very gracious customer service. As well as thanking the rest of your staff for returning calls, responding to my question and being so objective-oriented that this transaction (2008 Ford Mustang, your stock #h1199) took place within a few days. John, whom I eventually met when he volunteered to bring the auto down to Victoria to allow me to inspect it and complete the necessary paperwork, is "to the point", gets the job done and if he can't answer the question he finds someone who will. Along the course of this, I also talked with two other individuals who were highly informative regarding the necessities of the transaction. I recall Mr. Chang who provided me with a competitive financing offer which I appreciated and used to good effect at my financial institution, and please excuse my lack of recollection, the man is the sales supervisor whom when I left a generic message for someone from sales to call me, he sure did.

Ultimately, I have to to admit that Car Salesmen were not really my "cup of tea". John was more like a technician providing information, making phone calls to expedite matters and keeping me informed. At this point because of the smooth transition, competitive pricing (I had contacted two other similar competitors in your area that had this type of vehicle and I can unequivocally say that they "turned me off" by their rather curt and aloft demeanor. John was right off the line, cordial, informative and objective-oriented. I, as a small business owner, really appreciated his conduct which sealed the deal for me. Thanks to John Rowell for his great salesmanship and thanks to his support staff who evidently provide a great atmosphere for customers who chose your organization to conduct business. I purchased a 2009 BMW X5 from Kerrie Crawford at Houston Direct Pre-owned the evening before Thanksgiving Day and immediately took it on a trip to Louisiana to spend the holiday with the family. The folks at Houston Direct Pre-owned were very courteous and professional as one would expect from any high end dealership yet there was no pressure or haggling over the price of vehicle I was considering purchasing. They even went out of their way to drive the vehicle I arrived in to my home some 40+ miles away so I didn't have to come back with someone else to retrieve it, now that's caring for your customer with actions and not just words! After conversing with and or test driving X5's at Advantage BMW and BMW of The Woodlands, I was able to locate the high quality vehicle that best fit my specific needs at Houston Direct Pre-owned and ended up saving some money in the process. They were also able to beat my bank's (USAA) interest rates so I decided to finance the balance of the vehicle there as well and save a few additional dollars... It don't get much better than that!! Houston Direct Pre-owned is the best kept secret in the Houston Metro Area but it won't be for long!

I recently purchased a 2007 BMW 335i a few weeks ago and I must say out of the 10 prior cars I have owned in my life so far, the car buying experience was by far the best with your company than any other I have had. Your staff was very kind, professional, informed, and most importantly to me, were not the typical salesmen hounding me to buy the car within five minutes of stepping on the property. Another impressive side to your sales team was the camaraderie they had among each other. I had several different people help me on several occasions and it was never about stepping on another persons toes but about helping me, the customer. Whatever system you have in place with your team is working and I commend you for it. I would like to thank you personally for the help you gave me as well as Mike Morteo, Courtney Coleman, and Stormy Story. These three as well as yourself went above and beyond in my opinion to make the whole car buying experience a pleasurable one for me and I thank you again for that.

As I write this e-mail the above mentioned is enough to make me extremely satisfied as a customer and I guarantee I will recommend your dealership to any friends or family that I know are looking for a car, but there is still another reason I am so impressed with your team. Even after the sale was final and I took possession of the car your team went out of their way to help me with a minor problem with the vehicle and it has since been corrected. I thought maybe the service would not be the same after, but I was very wrong. Everyone there treated me like I was a member of the family.

Honesty is very hard to find anywhere these days, but it is still dominant with Houston Direct. I have received two separate checks in the mail after the sale was final for a difference in the TTL and also a small difference on the trade your people found some how. My point is that you could have easily just kept that money and I would have never known the difference and there would be no possible way for me to find out. This honestly left me speechless since most car dealerships have a reputation for being sneaky and down right dirty. This is definitely not the case with your store. I have told several friends about this and they to are very impressed with that alone, and as I already said I will be recommending all of them to you anytime I hear of them looking to purchase a vehicle.

In closing I would ask that you commend your team and especially the three I mentioned above personally or even in writing as I feel they deserve it and should be recognized for their hard work and dedication to excellence. I was skeptical about buying the Chevrolet Avalanche on-line through houstondirect. It was a new experience not having to deal with salesmanship tactics and all the information I needed to know about the vehicle was available in their website. I would like to tell you how much my wife is enjoying her new vehicle. The 2010 Infiniti G37 we purchased has been great and worry free. I bought a 2008 BMW 535i from Jon Rowell at Houston Direct Pre-Owned and I can say I was entirely satisfied with the whole experience. Often visiting a car dealership is a rather unpleasant experience, but not so at Houston Direct Pre-Owned. I saw the car on eBay and checked to make sure it was still available. I double checked too, as I recently had an experience at another dealer where they told me the car was available but when I got there it wasn't. Luckily the car was there when I arrived and it looked even nicer than the photos on eBay.

Jon and the team looked after us really well, and to my surprise we were able to drive out the same day with the car. I've never been able to do that before! I like the fact that they advertise fair, no-haggle prices rather than asking some ridiculous figure and then haggling as I definitely don't like haggling for cars. I definitely would recommend this dealership and indeed I have already. Highly recommended.

While on my way to a close-by dealership, I noticed Houston Direct Preowned and decided to check out the inventory. I spotted a 2008 Honda Accord Coupe V6, but I wasn't looking to purchase. Starting with Courtney, when I contacted him after locating the car online, he worked with me pretty much daily given me updates on the car. He was always friendly when I would call with questions and trying to figure out when I would be able to actually drive to Houston. When I was unable to make it to Houston in a timely manner, he informed me that it could be driven to me. I then spoke with Stormy who was also very friendly and helpful in finding a great finance rate (she beat my credit union's rate).
